Letting the Storms Pass: Have Some Coffee

All of us who are living in this world have our own storms that we want to pass. If you think those CEO-elite people are just swimming in cash and living the best days of their lives well... you are wrong. They too have a lot on their plate and some of those things are not looking really good.

Some people can't handle the stress and pressure they end up getting depressed and frustrated in life but that's not an opportunity for you other people to criticize them or look down on them more, it's an opening for you to enlighten them and help them stand up again on their feet.

I personally have a lot of problems and worries right now but i don't look at them as if like they are the only thing that is existing in my world, i tend to re-focus myself and distract myself out of all those frustrations. One thing i always do whenever i really feel down or whenever those storms are really hitting me hard like a typhoon... I talk to God. Why do i do this? Because, He listens to me no matter how long my rant is, He listens to my every cry and plead without getting tired of it and just because He listens...very well. He makes me feel that i really have someone i can run to whenever i want to breakdown and be free from the world for a while. Most of the time it makes me feel better after i talk to Him.

What helps me hold on is knowing that He has a lot of promises that He will fulfill for me at the right time and moment in my life.

I believe that when you're experiencing trials in life you will be knocked down, so hard that it will make you say you want to give up already and that you don't want to continue onto life anymore. But remember this.. as you are getting weak and knocked down, God sees this as an opportunity to make you stronger and to empower you with what you can do. This is just a test of faith. A test to see how strong your faith is to God. When you give time to let yourself have a stronger faith in Him you'd be surprised to see you have already overcome those storms. You'd be surprised to finally see a rainbow after that heavy storm.

My 5 Tips on just letting them storms pass:

1. Leave it and Let God.

You can't handle all of it, give all your worries and problems to God, He knows what to do, ACTUALLY He knows ALL THE SOLUTION to your problems just let Him... don't turn Him down.

2. See your failures as a stepping stone NOT an end to life

You will never be able to learn if you didn't have any failures or didn't go through rough times. Embrace those times you felt lost, you felt defeated because one day you will be proud to say "I struggled but I've gone through it." "STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM NOW WE'RE HERE!"

3. Instead of moping, be a BLESSING.

Instead of moping around, locking yourself in your room, sobbing and drowning in your own tears even when no one sees you, why not be a blessing instead? I know this is hard because you too need a miracle, a blessing, and/or someone to encourage you but it is more powerful to see someone at his weakest point trying to be strong for others. You'll never know, this could be helpful to you too!

4. Let it out.

It's always a great feeling to let out your emotions. Sometimes the reason why it's heavy in your chest is because you don't let it all out, you just keep it to yourself. I know some of you will find it hard to do this but it can really help. Or if not cry, you can do travelling or the so-called soul-searching, don't stuff it all in yourself, you are fragile and it'll be a lot worse if you'll get to the point that you need to explode trust me you don't want to do something regretful.

5. Always keep in mind that LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL.

Yes. No matter what happens, Life goes on and Life is beautiful. Go live your lives to the fullest, life is too short to let your world revolve around problems, there are way too many reasons to be happy and to embrace life God has given you. Thousands and Millions of reasons to say LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL. It's just a bad day, a bad situation, not a bad life.

So just chill and let the storms pass, sip some coffee and savour the taste and say THIS TOO SHALL PASS.

xoxo,

AG ♥

I'd like to say i'm an Introvert but i'm more of an Extrovert type. I love to see surprising things this world is showing. I like to see more of God's beautiful creations. I love to doll up and just express myself through outfits and make up. ♥
